Alder Home is operated by DOTLOCKS LLC. This page explains what we collect when you shop with us and how we use it.

What we collect

• Your name, email address, phone number and delivery address, so we can deliver your order and contact you about it.
• The items you ordered and the amount you paid.
• If you sign in, your email address and a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in on your device.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe on its own secure page. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, send order confirmations, delivery updates and sign-in codes, answer your questions, and calculate and report sales tax. We do not sell your personal information.

Who helps us run the store

We use trusted service providers to operate the store: Stripe (payments and tax), Vercel (website hosting), Upstash (database) and Resend (email). They only process data on our behalf.

Your cart

Your shopping cart is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@shopalderhome.com. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and we will honor those requests. Some records, such as order and tax records, we are required to keep for a period of time.
