By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. The store is operated by DOTLOCKS LLC, doing business as Alder Home.

Orders and prices

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout. An order is accepted when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout by Stripe. Your order is placed once payment succeeds.

Delivery and returns

Product information

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colors may look slightly different on your screen, and sizes may vary slightly.

Assembly and safe use

Follow the manufacturer's assembly and weight-limit instructions. Furniture should be assembled on a level surface, and tall items such as TV stands should be secured as directed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
